OutcomesPath

Terms of Service

Effective October 2, 2026.

These terms apply to everyone who uses OutcomesPath: organizations that subscribe, the staff they invite, the participants they enroll, and the partner contacts they refer to. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

OutcomesPath provides case management, participant portals, messaging, referral tracking, and reporting for organizations that serve people in workforce, reentry, youth, trades, and human services programs. It is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("OutcomesPath", "we"). Tools opened inside OutcomesPath load from AdultSkilledTrades.com and YouthSkilledTrades.com, which we also operate, under their own terms.

2. Accounts and roles

An organization is created by the person who signs up, who becomes its owner. Owners and administrators invite staff, add participants and partners, and set permissions. Each person is responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials private and for everything done under their account. You must be at least 13 to hold an account; participants under 18 use the service under their organization's supervision and consent arrangements.

3. The organization's responsibilities

The organization controls the information it enters and is responsible for having the right to enter it, including participant consent and any parental consent, and for meeting the laws and funder rules that apply to it, such as FERPA, WIOA confidentiality, state privacy laws, and record retention requirements. The organization decides which staff see which participants and is responsible for those choices. The organization is responsible for the accuracy of the reports it produces from the service.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone; to enter information about a person you have no right to hold; to attempt to access another organization's data or another person's account; to interfere with the service or probe its security; or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend an account that violates these terms.

5. Messaging

Messages between participants, staff, and partner contacts are stored, visible to the organization's authorized staff, and recorded in the activity log. OutcomesPath is not an emergency service. If someone is in danger, call local emergency services.

6. Plans, pilots, and payment

Pricing is published at www.outcomespath.com. Pilot organizations use the service free for the pilot period in exchange for feedback. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, by card or by invoice on terms stated in the invoice. Seat and participant limits apply per plan. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal.

7. Your data

You own the information you enter. You grant us the right to store, process, and display it to the people you authorize, and to use aggregated, de-identified usage statistics to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your data or use participant information to train artificial intelligence models. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. On request after an account closes, we will provide an export of the organization's data and then delete it, subject to legal and funder retention requirements.

8. Availability and support

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, and we will try to give notice of planned downtime. Support is by email at info@outcomespath.com.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is. Reports, funding eligibility screens, wage data, and tool outputs are informational and depend on what was entered; they are not legal, financial, or employment advice, and they do not guarantee any funding, enrollment, or job outcome. To the extent permitted by law, OutcomesPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the organization paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

An organization may close its account at any time. We may suspend or end an account for non-payment, for violation of these terms, or if required by law, with notice where practical. Sections 3, 7, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any signed order form or pilot agreement are the whole agreement between the organization and OutcomesPath. We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be posted here with a new effective date and sent to organizations by email, and continued use after that date means you accept them.
